"Deceptive Virtuosity" will advise the basics of how to listen to classical music: how the music came to be, what is in the music and how to listen to it. We often hear that classical music is hard to listen to or understand. Maybe that’s not entirely true. We might need some approach for listening, but what is that and how can we get started? The repertoire in this project provided good examples for starting. We could see some wonderful things in the music, together with a genius composer in each era, and know the story of the music too.
